Most shingle replacements take 1 to 3 days. Tile takes longer because every piece has to be lifted, staged, and reset.
It depends on roof size, pitch, material, and decking condition. Architectural shingles are the most common pick. Tile and stone-coated metal cost more but last longer. The tile itself can last 50 to 100 years. The underlayment underneath fails in 20 to 25 years and needs replacement (re-felt).
Yes. We color-match replacement tiles and reseat them.
We lift every tile, replace the underlayment underneath, then reset the tiles. Roof keeps its look, gets a fresh waterproof layer.
