Roof Insurance Claim Help in Prescott, AZ

Storm damage to your roof? Before you file, get drone photos and a real damage scope from a local roofer who's worked claims here for years. Call or text 928-848-2060 for a free claim-readiness inspection.

Section 01

What an Insurance Claim Inspection Includes

  • Drone photos of every slope at high resolution
  • Hands-on inspection of soft metals (vents, flashings) for hail dents
  • Granule loss check on the shingles
  • Documentation of any wind-lifted shingles
  • A written damage scope you can hand to your adjuster
  • Storage of the photo set in case the claim drags on

Section 02

Drone Documentation: Why It Matters

Adjusters can deny a claim because they didn't see the damage from the ground. With drone photos at every slope, the damage is on record before they even arrive. It changes how the meeting goes.

Section 03

Wind vs Hail Damage

  • Wind damage shows up as lifted, creased, or torn shingles, often in patterns across the roof. We map it slope by slope.
  • Hail damage shows up as bruising on the shingles and round dents on the metal vents, gutters, and AC fins. Sometimes it's only visible up close.

We know what each one looks like and how to document it so the claim sticks.

Section 04

Working With Your Adjuster

We can be there when your adjuster walks the roof. We bring our photo set, point out everything we documented, and answer their questions. Most of the time this is the difference between a partial denial and a full scope.

Section 05

Supplements When the Scope Is Wrong

If the adjuster's scope misses something the policy covers (extra flashing, code-required upgrades, decking that has to come up to install correctly), we write a supplement and submit it. It's normal. Adjusters expect it.

Section 06

What to Avoid: Out-of-Town Storm Chasers

After a big storm, trucks with out-of-state plates roll into Prescott and knock on doors. They sign easy contracts, do fast work, and leave. When the warranty claim comes up two years later, they're gone. We're here. We've been here. We'll be here when you need a follow-up.
