Every roof we replace or repair comes with a written 5-year workmanship warranty plus a free annual inspection each year. Call or text 928-848-2060 to schedule yours, or to use the warranty.
Section 01
If our workmanship causes a failure within 5 years of the job completion date, we come back and fix it at no charge. That includes:
The warranty covers labor and materials needed to make the repair right.
Section 02
Once a year for 5 years, we come back to your home and inspect the roof we built. Drone goes up, every slope gets checked, and we send you the photos. Small issues we catch early are easier and cheaper to fix. Most years there's nothing to do, and you get peace of mind.
Section 03
Every shingle and tile we install carries the manufacturer's own warranty on the material itself, typically 25 to 50 years for shingles and 50+ years for tile. Those warranties stack on top of our 5-year workmanship coverage. We register the warranty with the manufacturer for you and give you the paperwork.
